Job Description:
  • Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing communication plans that resonate with the hospital’s diverse audiences, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels—ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact at every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams (brand, PR, creative, content, social media, and partnership) in Head Office and Hospital Units, and cross-functional stakeholders (digital, sales, clinical, operations, patient experience, etc) to ensure alignment and synergy in campaign execution.
  • Leverage market research, patient insights, and performance data to inform campaign strategies and optimize execution for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Translate strategic campaign ideas into executable plans, guiding agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, audience-relevant content and experiences that drive engagement and brand affinity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality control throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies, improving ROI, and ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets.
  • Operate with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset—able to adapt quickly, solve problems, and drive execution in a dynamic environment.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 5years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare, consumer goods, or service industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in building compelling decks and visualizing campaign proposals.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Passionate about improving healthcare access and patient experience through impactful communication.
