Responsible for managing eCOM cancellations driven by DC/inventory and collaborating with all relevant teams.
Work closely with the Senior Logistic Manager on various eCOM projects and initiatives, serving as a primary contact for all eCOM-related issues and topics.
Oversee all eCOM returns, ensuring stock is replenished by coordinating with CS teams and 3PL providers.
Conduct in-depth analysis of eCOM returns to identify major factors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce return rates.
Continuously monitor the health status of eCOM orders using collected data.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of eCOM DC productivity reports and other assigned reports.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding eCOM activities.
Create and localize promotional materials, including callout messages, pop-up descriptions, page titles, SEO metadata, and banners for the website.
Perform comprehensive website staging checks to identify errors, report issues to relevant teams, and conduct post-fix reviews to ensure website health and accuracy in promotions.
Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO writing, promotional campaigns, social media content, and EDM.
Monitor website interface health through daily checks, address systemic issues, and collaborate with IT and digital teams to escalate and resolve system/interface problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, especially within the retail industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
Diligent, responsible, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
