Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across targeted markets.

Lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing, social media campaigns, offline activations, and promotional programs.

to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends—especially within Mandarin-speaking markets.

Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.

Analyze marketing performance using metrics and data insights, then recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Build and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.

Lead content creation for bilingual marketing materials, including product descriptions, press releases, ads, and social media posts in Mandarin and English/Indonesian.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from any background
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must for communication with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
