A leading cosmetics company in Jakarta seeks a Performance Marketing Ads Specialist to develop and analyze advertising strategies across digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in digital advertising. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with creative teams are crucial. This role offers a dynamic environment in the beauty industry, focusing on data-driven results.
Create weekly/monthly ad performance reports (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and provide insights for strategy development.
Collaborate with the creative team to create advertising materials (copy, visuals, and videos) that align with O.TWO.O Cosmetics brand positioning.
Conduct A/B testing to find the most effective advertising formula.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Monitor digital marketing trends and competitors, then implement into advertising strategies.
Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, Google).
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, funneling, and lookalike audiences.
Ability to read, analyze, and optimize advertising data for positive ROI/ROAS.
Familiar with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
Basic copywriting and creative briefs for advertising needs.
Detail oriented and strong in numerical analysis.
Able to work quickly, multitask, and adapt to deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork with creative and marketing teams.
Up to date with digital marketing trends, especially in the beauty industry.
A portfolio of successful campaigns is preferred.
