We're looking for a versatile and driven marketing leader to create, lead and execute our overall marketing strategy. This role balances the art of compelling storytelling with data-driven decision-making to boost brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. Duties and responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing team which consists of graphic designers, copywriters and marketing specialists
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) aligned with business objectives, brand identity, and sales goals
  • Plan and manage digital initiatives across social media, email marketing, push notifications, and app and web platforms including tracking content performance across all channels
  • Coordinate with other teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution and brand consistency
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform and optimise future marketing efforts
  • Identify opportunities to expand brand reach and connect with new customer segments
  • Collaborate closely with sales, lounge network, customer care and product teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Work experience and skills
  • Previous experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategy
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
