A leading marketing consultancy in Indonesia is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves monitoring online sales performance, overseeing e-commerce operations, and collaborating with marketing teams on digital initiatives. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in e-commerce platforms and Excel. This position promises a dynamic work environment aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assisting in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Monitoring and analyzing online sales performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilizing analytics to track sales trends, identify fast/slow‑moving inventory, and make data‑driven decisions.
Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the e‑commerce website and marketplace platforms (like Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
Managing product listings, including ensuring accurate descriptions, high‑quality images, pricing, and content updates.
Coordinating with cross‑functional teams, such as the warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment, the marketing team for campaigns, and the customer service team for prompt assistance and issue resolution.
Troubleshooting new website features or functionality and reporting any technical issues.
Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Developing and executing promotional campaigns for various e‑commerce activities.
Enhancing the overall online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Managing customer service escalations and ensuring the customer service team meets its KPIs.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in e‑commerce or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a detail‑oriented mindset.
Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms, Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis), and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑player skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
