A local Indonesian factory based in Korea, producing synthetic PU leather and suede for the footwear industry, is seeking a marketing staff/manager for Adidas, NB, and other brands. Fluent in English and PowerPoint presentation skills, industry experience preferred.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and stay informed of industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and promotional materials
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analysing data to optimise performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and technologies, and implement innovative approaches to drive business growth

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in marketing, preferably in the Shoe Manufacturing industry, with an understanding of materials and raw materials, especially for Synthetic Leather
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking), Presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable result
• Understanding Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
