Empire Fit Club is a boutique fitness facility based in Indonesia, with locations in Jakarta. We specialize in fitness bootcamps, offering corporate, group, and private fitness training programs, along with team-building sessions and fitness retreats. Empire Fit Club is officially powered by ADIDAS and Pocari ION WATER Pocari Sweat Isotonic Drink.

We are currently looking to fill a position to support operations at one of our Empire Fit Club branches , namely the Branch Manager role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Jakarta , Indonesia. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. The role includes conducting training and development for staff, managing schedules, and coordinating with corporate clients. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for marketing initiatives, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
