What You’ll Do : As our Assistant Director of Sales, you will be a key driver of our revenue strategy, focusing specifically on expanding our market share in the Corporate sector. Your extensive network and ability to close deals will directly shape the hotel’s commercial success.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, with a strong focus on Corporate segmentation.
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate accounts and clients.
Communicating effectively with clients and partners in both Indonesian and fluent written and spoken English.
Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and department targets.
Delivering service with professionalism, confidence, and warmth during client meetings and site inspections.
Ensuring every client receives warm, attentive, and personalized service.
Bringing a positive, “can-do” attitude to every shift and driving a high-performance culture.
Handling sales inquiries, contracts, and proposals efficiently.
Understanding the procedure of running the system and standard Sales & Marketing operations.
Reporting market trends and competitor analysis to the Director of Sales.
Supporting other departments when needed while maintaining strong teamwork.
Working toward department targets as part of a unified team.
What We’re Looking For : We want individuals who are serious about their career in hospitality sales and excited to grow in a professional hotel environment.
Ideal candidates have:
MUST have proven experience in Hotel Sales and a strong, active database of Corporate clients.
Fluent written and spoken in English.
MUST have a strong database and active leads in the Corporate segmentation.
Can handle high-level negotiations and strategic sales planning.
Able to work with a team (a strong team leader and player).
Knowledge of sales procedures and revenue management principles.
Familiar in System VHP (Visual Hotel Program) is a strong plus point.
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Senior Sales Manager / Asst. DOS).
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
A polished, professional personal presentation.
Ability to work flexible hours to entertain clients or attend events.
Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while meeting deadlines.
