The Job
  • Digital & Growth Strategy
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Establish channel plans across paid media, organic growth, social media, CRM, SEO, and affiliates
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend new technologies, tools, and optimisation approaches
  • Affiliate Marketing Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end affiliate strategy including outreach, onboarding, training, communication, and performance management
  • Manage partnerships across affiliate platforms and direct affiliates (influencers, publishers, media buyers)
  • Ensure accurate tracking, compliance, reporting, and timely payouts
  • Drive performance enhancements through A/B testing, funnel optimisation, content support, and competitive commission models
  • Digital Campaign Management & Optimisation
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, SEO, email, and internal community channels
  • Implement testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, messaging, and offers
  • Improve conversion funnels for direct and affiliate-sourced traffic
  • Coordinate with content teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment
  • Content, Community & Social Media Collaboration
  • Work with content and social teams to develop assets supporting performance and affiliate objectives
  • Guide content production for landing pages, branded content, and creator or affiliate-driven initiatives
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Apply SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and collaboration with technical teams
  • Develop backlink strategies through affiliates and partners to enhance domain authority and organic visibility
  • Analytics, Insights & Reporting
  • Own performance dashboards for KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV
  • Analyse trends using GA4, Looker Studio, and related tools to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and cross-functional teams
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and campaign direction
  • Budget, Compliance & Vendor Management
  • Manage digital and affiliate marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective performance
  • Oversee compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and contractual requirements
  • Evaluate and negotiate with affiliate networks, media partners, and vendors
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Finance, Product, Data Engineering, Social Media, and Content teams on tracking, forecasting, and performance alignment
  • Support revenue milestone planning and cadence-based progress reviews
Requirements
The Person
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing with strong execution capability
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programmes and partnerships
  • Strong technical understanding of paid media platforms, attribution, tracking, funnel optimisation, and analytics
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and affiliate platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experienced in leveraging GenAI tools for workflow optimisation and content creation
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
