CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR – ELPER DEVELOPMENT (Bali)

Full-time | On-site (90% field work) | Construction & Real Estate

Elper Development is a fast-growing property and construction company in Bali, developing luxury villas and resorts. We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, guide workers, and support the Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Stay on construction sites 90% of the time to supervise daily operations.

Ensure workers follow Elper Development instructions and the general contractor’s plans.

Monitor quality of work, safety, and material usage.

Check that construction follows approved drawings and specifications.

Report progress, delays, and issues immediately to Nathan (Project Manager).

Help solve on-site problems and coordinate with subcontractors.

Take daily photos/videos of progress and send reports.

Follow up tasks, deadlines, and corrective orders.

Make sure workmanship meets company standards.

Assist Project Manager in daily planning and execution.

Requirements:

1–3 years experience as construction supervisor / foreman / site officer.

Ability to read drawings (architecture, structure, MEP).

Strong communication and leadership to guide workers.

Proactive and responsible; can work independently on site.

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Physically active and comfortable working on construction sites.

Motorcycle license; able to move between projects.

Honest, disciplined, and reliable.

Can communicate easily in english and bahasa indonesia
