Finance & Treasury Assisstant Manager
Job summary
A leading garment manufacturing company in Indonesia seeks a Finance Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong accounting principles and ERP proficiency. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. This position is located at the Head Office in North Jakarta.

- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Location: Head Office - Nort Jakarta (Pluit)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, general ledger, financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow), monthly and annual closing.
- Experience with banking facilities.
- Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), treasury, and cash flow management.
- Understanding of treasury instruments.
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques.
- Proficient in English.
