A leading personal care company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online business growth in Indonesia. This role includes managing e-commerce operations for a diverse product portfolio, optimizing marketplace presence, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of local e-commerce platforms. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business growth in Indonesia. The role will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations for our personal care product portfolio, including marketplace management, digital marketing campaigns, and online sales strategy. The ideal candidate is highly familiar with local e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and understands Indonesian consumer behaviour in the FMCG and beauty segments.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, profit, and brand visibility targets.
Manage and optimize company presence on key marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and direct-to-consumer channels.
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and traffic-driving activities aligned with marketing and sales goals.
Coordinate closely with marketing, trade, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations, product availability, and order fulfillment.
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance; provide actionable insights and improvement plans.
Work with digital agencies and marketplace account managers to optimize visibility, paid media, and ROI.
Manage product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and strong brand presentation.
Track competitor activities, consumer trends, and pricing to maintain competitiveness in the online space.
Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management review.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally within FMCG or personal care brands.
Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms and online shopper behavior.
Proven success in managing online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace relationships.
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and ad management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Proactive, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
