Job summary

Job description
Overview

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing team.

Lead performance management systems (KPIs) and employee development/training programs.

Manage payroll administration, compensation, and benefits programs.

Oversee HRIS and administrative systems to support data‑driven decision making.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage company assets, building maintenance, facilities management, office supplies.

Ensure the company complies with the latest Manpower Laws and industrial relations regulations.

Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents.

Handle corporate legal matters, including company licensing (e.g., OSS/NIB), permits, and intellectual property.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Proven ability to work effectively with operational leaders and manage cross‑functional HR initiatives.

In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, employment regulations, and preferably industrial relations.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Excellent leadership, problem‑solving skills, and people management skills.
