  • Develop and executecreative marketing strategiesaligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise theSocial Media SpecialistandDigital Marketing Specialistteams.
  • Define overallcreative directionfor organic content, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and oversee360° marketing campaignsacross social media, digital ads, KOL/influencer, store, and marketplace channels.
  • Ensure content and campaigns are structured based on themarketing funnel(awareness, engagement, conversion).
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure consistency ofbrand visual identity, tone of voice, and messagingacross all channels.
  • Oversee creative production quality, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluatecontent and campaign performancebased on marketing KPIs.
  • Translate performance data intocreative insights and improvements.
  • Coach, guide, and develop team capabilities through regular feedback and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum4–6 years of experiencein creative, marketing, or digital roles.
  • Proven experience leadingSocial Media and Digital Marketing teams(mandatory).
  • Strong understanding ofbranding, storytelling, and creative strategy.
  • Solid knowledge ofdigital marketing and performance advertising(funnel strategy, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience managing bothorganic content and paid campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Up-to-date withsocial media trends, content formats, and digital advertising developments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into creative direction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
