About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our U.S.-based client's team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying machine learning models, algorithms, and systems that will transform data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI solutions that can scale and evolve with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve real-world business problems end-to-end.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective, data-driven AI solutions.
3. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable data for model training and evaluation.
4. Continuously research, optimize, and fine-tune models using the latest machine learning techniques to improve performance and scalability.
5. Document machine learning models and processes thoroughly, and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
2. Skilled in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.
3. Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and comfortable using version control tools like Git.
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
2. Familiarity with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) and CI/CD practices for machine learning models.
3. Experience in scaling machine learning models for production environments.
4. Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies.
