A prominent construction firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Estimator Furniture to prepare and manage project schedules, ensure resource availability, and supervise site operations. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, and possess strong computer skills in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office. A good attitude and communication skills are essential. This role is based in Central Jakarta.
Prepare, plan, manage, and monitor project schedules and progress.
Ensure materials and equipment are available on time and manpower readiness.
Develop and adjust project implementation schedules (work schedule).
Supervise site operations to meet quality, safety, and technical standards.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
Solve on-site problems and manage task delegation.
Control efficiency & ensure work is executed according to the schedule.
Prepare reports and project documentation.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Developer or Contractor Company.
Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, & Microsoft Office).
Having knowledge in civil construction, working drawings, and structural materials.
Able to work well in a team and on tight schedules.
Able to learn quickly and complete tasks promptly.
Good attitude, good communication skill, honest and responsible.
Willing to be placed in Head Office.
