Responsibilities

• Berkontribusi dalam perbaikan produk secara reguler.
• Memantau tren pasar dan menganalisis pesaing.
• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan roadmap produk.
• Mengonversi tujuan bisnis dan kebutuhan ke spesifikasi teknis.
• Melakukan pengujian A/B untuk memastikan fitur sesuai standar.
• Melacak dan mengevaluasi metrik produk utama.

When we talk about Topremit, we talk about products. When we talk about products, we must know that it needs more than one division to finish a product, meaning we need people to manage the flow and the product building progress. That's why we need Product Managers. A Product manager's role is to identify our customer's needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and also rally teams to turn that vision into a reality. As a product manager, we are required to have essential skills such as research, analysing, task management, team management and good communication skills. Product managers work with teams of engineers, product designers, and business users on the development work. This includes defining the features, refining strategy, estimating work, and planning sprints, tracks product progress and product releases.

What You Should Have

• Preferable min. 6 month experience, have a background in fintech company is a plus (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply).
• Have a great communication skill, well organised, and attention to details.
• Proficient in analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, confident, and highly motivated to learn.
• Great proficiency in administrative task.
• Skilled in creating clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for short-, medium-, and long-term product development.

What You'll Contribute On

• Contributing in product improvements on a regular basis.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to understand and anticipate user needs.
• Develop and implement product and service roadmaps.
• Translate business goals and requirements to a technical specification.
• Conduct A/B testing to ensure that developed features meet the required standards.
• Track and evaluate key product metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
• Work across cross-functional teams such as marketing, Business Development, customer support, etc. to improve product quality.
