Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance, cleaning, and security staff to maintain the building's cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Manage the building's operating budgets, including overseeing vendor contracts and procurement of necessary supplies
- Serve as the key point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and execute strategies for improving building efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- Act as a coordinator between P3SRS & BoD / Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building or property management, preferably in the Apartment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and the property management team
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and address issues efficiently
- Familiarity with building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
