Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail when drafting and proofreading communications.
- Experience with expense reporting and basic budget tracking.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations accurately.
- Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking.
- Translate business documents and communications between English and Mandarin.
- Accurately take meeting minutes and distribute actionable summaries.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure follow-up on action items.
Skills
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking.
Translate business documents, emails, contracts, marketing materials, and presentations between English and Mandarin.
Draft and proofread communications in both languages, ensuring tone and context are culturally appropriate.
Accurately take meeting minutes in both languages and distribute actionable summaries.
Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Mandarin-speaking business.
Assist in planning and executing meetings or events involving Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring a culturally sensitive experience.
Assist in special projects, market research, or data analysis related to the Mandarin-speaking market.
Maintain confidential files and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items from meetings.
