Job description
Assistant Manager of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle (GTCC) After Sales Service
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy Conversion or related field.
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experiences in similar role in power plant or similar industry. Experience in Gas Turbine Power Plant will be an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of the typical layout, equipment and systems of power plant.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in mechanical systems within power plants.
  • Knowledge and experience with RCM, FMEA and risk management methods.
  • Experienced in inspection, maintenance of power plant equipment especially for mechanical.
  • Experienced in performing trouble shooting and creating technical report of power plant equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good analytical; conflict resolution.
Job Description:
  • Coordinate subordinate engineers in executing assigned tasks and job implementations.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem resolution in power plant by consulting with expert engineers.
  • Prepare countermeasure progress reports and ensure timely and effective execution of action plans.
  • Discuss future periodic inspection plans with customers to ensure compliance with OMM standards.
  • Review the required of parts supply, TA dispatch, enhancement work for periodical inspection and ensure proper procurement processes.
  • Support customers and Technical Advisors (TA) during periodical inspection and ensure smooth inspection activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, and final inspection reports.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding required repair work for hot parts.
  • Collect operational data for operation history documentation and report internally.
  • Support other activities of After Sales Services.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular plant visit and meetings to address issues, requests, and operational concerns.
