About this Position

Join Henkel as a key leader in our supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end management of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG).

What you´ll do
  • Managing inbound and outbound logistics, pre-batching processes, and production scheduling.
  • Ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality material supply to support production.
  • Leading and developing warehouse teams, including forklift drivers and operators.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
  • Planning and implementing logistics strategies aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Conducting regular training and briefings to upskill team members.
  • Performing and overseeing stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
