The role

As a Brand Communication Manager at Midea Electronics Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand communication strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among key target audiences. This is a full‑time role based in Jakarta.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of comprehensive brand communication campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling and consistent brand messaging that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the brand's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of brand activation and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, consumer insights, and best practices in brand communication to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on the brand's performance and communication initiatives.
