Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

• Oversee all F&B Service operations by ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
• Lead and manage a motivated F&B Service team, including hiring, performance monitoring to maintain high productivity with a positive engagement, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and a guest‑focused culture.
• Drive profitability and control budgets through strategic planning, cost control, creative menu development, and targeted promotions aligned with market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the same field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and guest dining experience.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control and F&B promotions.
• Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Strong community base for supporting marketing and F&B promotion revenue stream.
