We are seeking for aChief Engineering who can oversee facility operations, ensure maintenance efficiency, manage vendors, enforce safety standards, optimize resources, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management – Oversee and maintain facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Business Development – Identify and implement improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Planning – Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Operational Efficiency – Ensure optimal performance of facility systems, including maintenance, security, and space management.
• Maintenance Operations – Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems, coordinating repairs and upgrades.
• Budget & Cost Control – Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize facility expenditures.
• Health & Safety Compliance – Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct risk assessments.
• Project Management – Oversee renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Negotiate contracts and ensure high‑quality services from vendors and service providers.
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance trends, and cost‑saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
