• Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives Shopee’s business growth through identifying and implementing solutions
• Own and drive high-impact projects across variety of business verticals
• Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edge
• Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands‑on and pragmatic approach

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
• Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, and additional experience in management consulting would be a plus
• Ability to demonstrate strong experience in strategic project management and/or people management
• Ability to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative solutions and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Outstanding analytical skills and with complex, large scale data sets
• Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders
• Solid functional knowledge in their own area of expertise (preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc)
