The role involves managing personnel matters across multiple warehouses and hubs, ensuring effective manpower and talent management. Candidates should possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Law, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential. This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and involves contract employment.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of work experience in HR Admin / Vendor Management / Relationship Management.
• Have experience in managing a team preferred.
• Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace.

Responsibilities

• Manage People Matters as Human Resource Business Partner at 8 Warehouse and more than 100 hub.
• Handle manpower management for over 30,000 MP.
• Conduct talent and performance management, and HR process improvement.

Excellent with Ms. Excel/ Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
