Job summary
A leading e-commerce platform is looking for a candidate to analyze chatbot transcripts and propose improvements. You will coordinate sentiment surveys and evaluate chatbot features against competitors. The ideal candidate has strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

- Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries.
- Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas.
