Overview
Installation and Configuration: Setting up new CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, and network infrastructure, and configuring them to meet specific requirements.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions, connectivity problems, and recording errors.
User Support and Training: Providing technical assistance to users of the CCTV system, guiding them through problem-solving steps, and offering training on system operation.
System Integration: Working with other IT and security teams to integrate CCTV systems with other security measures, such as access control and alarm systems.
Documentation: Maintaining records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service logs.
System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring the performance of CCTV systems and making adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance and security systems.
ISO standards: Aware and participating in several ISO standards, primarily ISO 27001 and ISO 27002, which focus on information security management. Additionally, ISO 20000-1 is relevant for IT service management. These standards emphasize the importance of awareness, training, and competence in maintaining information security and delivering quality IT services

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, networking, and related software, especially DSS Pro, DSS client for Dahua, FMS, or any other logistic system.
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV systems.
- Able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Able to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience in a supply chain role, either through internships or entry-level positions, is highly valuable.
- Have certification from CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or those specific to CCTV technology (e.g., from the Electronic Security Association).
- Proficient in English communication (spoken & written), including handling calls/meetings with stakeholders.
