Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Jakarta Utara seeks a Campaign Strategy professional to manage end-to-end project management of campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience in strategic project management, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, excellent communication in Indonesian and English, along with proficiency in Excel, is highly preferred. You will track campaign performance and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

  • Own end-to-end campaign project management from planning, execution, monitoring, to post-campaign analysis
  • Analyze scenarios using structured frameworks to quantify impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support decision-making with clear assumptions
  • Track campaign performance metrics, identify gaps, and propose practical, data-backed improvements
  • Translate data into step-by-step, logical explanations that are easy for non-analytical stakeholders to understand
  • Act as the main coordination point across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution, managing multiple campaigns and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 year experience in strategic or project management in e-commerce or tech is preferable
  • Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
