Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Accounting & Logistics Staff member for a Japanese Trading Company in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in the Food Trading industry. Duties include recording transactions, liaising with consultants, handling shipping arrangements, and managing inventory. Proficiency in English and Excel is required. This role is suited for detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Logistics within Food Trading industry.
- High conversational English or above is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Record transaction journals using Excel.
- Liaise with accounting and audit consultants.
- Prepare and compile data for audits.
- Arrange shipping with forwarders.
- Handle import customs clearance.
- Manage inventory and stock records.
- Support supply chain coordination.

Our client is a Japanese Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting & Logistics Staff.
