Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective job advertising strategies using job portals, social media, and targeted methods.

Utilize tools and networks to proactively source and engage high-potential candidates.

Efficiently shortlist candidates and conduct thorough interviews and provide valuable insights to Hiring Managers for informed hiring decisions.

Prepare and present regular hiring reports to the management team.

Responsible to strategize best recruitment approach for massive hiring activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in massive hiring project. Fresh graduates with previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools for massive hiring.
  • Expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Proven track record in massive recruitment through various recruitment channel, preferably in financial or tech industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and willing to be placed in SCBD area.
