Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower request, sourcing, screening, interviews, offering, and initial onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, qualifications, and recruitment timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Manage psychometric tests, assessments, and medical check-ups for candidates.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and support initial negotiation with candidates.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of recruitment documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports (e.g., time to hire, fulfillment rate).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, fairness principles, and integrity standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of mass hiring and professional recruitment processes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
