A textile manufacturing company located in Purwakarta is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to handle various HR activities including manpower planning, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong HRIS skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the HR function of an expanding company focused on quality and cost efficiency.
Handle full of HR activities which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, discipline and any other related HR services.
Conduct recruitment and initial interview of shortlisted candidates.
Process and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, complaints, performance evaluation, etc).
Update, and maintain employee database (hard & soft copy as well as in HRIS).
Coordinate and cooperate with Head Office HR Team to align all HR Processes and procedures, recruitment, and policy.
