Job summary

This position supports the growth of field staff, ensuring they have the skills required for safe and efficient equipment operation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanic.
• Good understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience in Engineering, Sales, or Product Support in heavy equipment.
• Skills in technical writing for user manuals and specifications.

Job description

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to mechanics, and operational staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to operate, maintain, and repair heavy equipment safely and efficiently, while also supporting technician onboarding, conducting competency assessments, providing field coaching, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with service and HR teams to continuously improve workforce capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years experience as Mechanic.
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of engineering principles.
• Familiar with latest automotive tech.
• Experienced in Engineering, Sales, or Product Support in heavy equipment/truck industry.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Disciplined, trustworthy, and flexible.

Additional Skills/Experience

• Technical writing experience (e.g. user guides, product user manuals, technical specification documents)
