A consulting firm in Yogyakarta is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations independently. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations management. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience, be familiar with payroll processing, and willing to learn about Singapore employment regulations. Strong English communication skills are required. This role may include administrative tasks and supporting HR initiatives.
Handleend-to-end HR operations independently, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Supporting training and development by creating programs and conducting employee sessions, assisting with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generating HR reports to track key performance indicators.
Review HR documentation and work prepared by junior staff, provide guidance, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
