Job summary

A Human Resources Consultancy in Jawa Timur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll processing, and employment law, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English. Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.

Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Support training and development by creating programs and conducting employee sessions, assisting with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generating HR reports to track key performance indicators.

Review HR documentation and work prepared by junior staff, provide guidance, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies.

Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience or equivalent hands‑on exposure.

Experienced in HR, payroll processing, and employment law.

Willing to learn Singapore employment regulations.

Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.

Must own a working computer and have a decent Internet speed (minimum 20 Mbps).
