Job summary
A growing HR Consultancy in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment. - Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies
- Design and execute competency-based assessments to ensure candidate suitability
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Bachelors degree in Pyschology / Human Resources, Min GPA 3.00
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR fields especially recruitments, talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and talent evaluation techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
