A consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, strong compliance knowledge, and be willing to learn Singapore employment regulations. Handleend-to-end HR operations independently, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Supporting training and development by creating programs and conducting employee sessions, assisting with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generating HR reports to track key performance indicators.
Review HR documentation and work prepared by junior staff, provide guidance, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
