- Developing and securing advisory services for a growing business within the HR industry.
- Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure all knowledge and expertise are available.
- Mentoring, supervising, and training staff members within and across the firm.
- Solving complex client issues in a timely manner with minimal management oversight.
- Creating strategic recommendations for clients to ensure optimal market access.
