Job description

We are seeking a highly capable Talent Management Specialist to manage and strengthen our Talent Management and Succession Planning programs across Operation and Supporting functions. This role ensures that critical positions are identified, talent pipelines are built, and employee career development is effectively implemented to support organizational growth and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Talent Management and Succession Planning programs for Operation and Supporting functions to ensure smooth talent regeneration and structured employee career development.
  • Analyze and design career pathways for all positions within Operation (Frontliners) and Supporting areas using benchmarking, surveys, questionnaires, FGDs, and other methods aligned with organizational needs.
  • Develop and monitor the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Individual Career Plan (ICP) for employees participating in the Talent Pool, in collaboration with relevant leaders.
  • Manage external and internal assessment programs for employees undergoing promotion and those in the Talent Pool.
  • Facilitate employees in identifying internal career opportunities by evaluating their skills, knowledge, and potential.
  • Develop and execute Coaching & Mentoring System activities to support employee capability development.
  • Support the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System within the scope of Talent Management functions.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with the delegated authority described in the RAD (Responsible, Authority, Delegation).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and level.
  • Holds an Assessor Certification (is a Plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Coaching & Mentoring.
