About the role

As an Operations Cost Control, you will be responsible for providing strategic and effective financial reports to the Management. This full‑time role is based in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Performing cost accounting and auditing for the company's operations
• Analyzing and reporting on operational costs, budgets and variances
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Supporting the implementation of financial controls and processes
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive financial improvements
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the leadership team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on cost accounting and auditing in a Mining Company
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls
• Proficient in data analysis, financial modelling and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
