Job description

Responsibilities

Deliver 1 on 1 training to Host Livestream; including product knowledge, induction, and other specific training to help them grow and develop.

Organize group training for Host Livestream.

Develop and motivate Host Livestream through training and coaching.

Develop and adapt training materials that align with company SOP and training needs analysis. Researching the training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching.

Coach the Host Livestream at POS (point of sales) to ensure the information on products is updated, body gesture, and public speaking are effectively carried out.

Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience as Livestream Host or other related livestream position background.
• Familiarity with sales/business development/marketing strategy.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
