The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across technical and corporate roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment with business priorities. You will manage applicant tracking systems, track recruitment metrics, and continuously optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to influence talent strategy while contributing directly to the company’s growth and culture.
