Performance & Talent Management Specialist

Plan and implement training programs aligned with company goals

Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in head quarter and stores (for certain training program)

Coordinate training schedule, tools & equipment for every training sessions

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and training report

Provide regular training report for management

Coordinate with HR Training Assistant Manager to deliver training program

Propose ideas to leaders of HR Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department

Collaborate with operation team and other departments to align training with business objectives

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree from any major

Passionate in training delivery and people development

Proven experience of training delivery with minimum 2 years as trainer is a must

Strong understanding of training delivery & methodology

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta)

Excellent communication and presentation skill

Have training certification and experience in retail will be an advantage
