Responsibilities

• Implement and operate marketing activities in alignment with HO strategy.
• Supervise marketing processes to comply with applicable procedures.
• Manage inventory management and distribute as necessary.
• Improve corporate brand value through training for MDs.
• Adjust routes for MDs for efficient time management.
• Collect and register information on new KPP outlets.
• Oversee POSM installation, maintenance, and visibility.
• Ensure product displays meet KA guidelines.
• Conduct surveys and record product listings.
• Maintain clean POSM inventory and activate display units.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and operate marketing activities and programs for KPP, special projects, new product launches for AMO and Key account channels in alignment with HO strategy and market trends.
• Supervise all processes in the marketing area to comply with applicable procedures.
• Supervise manage inventory management properly and distribute to each MD as necessary.
• Improve corporate brand value through regular training for MDs.
• Adjust the route for each MD to improve time efficiently and manage important outlets effectively.
• Collecting information regarding new KPP outlets and register into the system.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, visibility, and replacement of POSM.
• Ensure product displays align with KA guidelines, manage product placement to meet KA contracts, including FIFO/LIFO and proper grouping.
• Conduct surveys, record product listings, and submit reports.
• Maintain clean POSM inventory, activate and strategically position Compact Display Units (CDU) according to contracts.
