An investment holding company in Batam - Riau is seeking a Senior HR Manager to manage all aspects of human resources, including Personnel Administration and Performance Management. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of HR experience and excellent English proficiency. This role is crucial for supporting the company's multiple ventures across sectors.

Headquartered in Singapore, the Group is a recognized property developer with over 60 subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates across Singapore, China, Indonesia and Australia.
Currently they are looking for a candidate for Senior HR Manager to be placed in Batam - Riau.
- Male or Female 35-40 years old
- Having 7-10 years in HR fields
- Having experience handling Personnel Administration, IR, People Development, and Performance Management
- Having excellent English proficiency in written and verbal
- Handling all spectrum HR: General Admin + Personnel, Regulation and IR, People Development, Performance Management
