About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at MR DIY in the Tanimbar Utara Maluku region. As a full‑time Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our retail store in this location. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the success of our consumer retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the retail store, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyse store performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the store.
