Job summary

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisals.
  • Build leadership readiness for outlet leaders and new joiners.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs related to HR processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance for manpower planning.
  • Monitor turnover rates and workforce stability.
  • Support expansion plans with timely talent acquisition.
