Job Description
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with companies and institutions in the HR services industry (e.g., HRIS, training, Insurance, payroll, employee wellness and benefit, etc.).
  • Build collaboration with professional and social communities relevant to VENTENY target audience (e.g., HR communities, startups, employee networks).
  • Develop and execute collaboration initiatives that bring mutual value to both VENTENY and its partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business and community partners aligned with VENTENY's growth strategy.
  • Create partnership proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, HR) to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
